	Meet Georgette! Georgette is a beautiful Blue Nose Pit Bull around 2-3 years old and gracefully built at approximately 45 pounds. She has potential with other dogs and may have potential to do well with cats. She lost one of her front legs because she was hit by a car, but she has recovered excellently - she can still run and jump normally and is great at using stairs. We don't think she even notices it is gone! Georgette is gorgeous, friendly, and always happy to play and go for walks. She loves tennis balls and toys, but wouldn't mind curling up on the couch with you either. She was in a foster home for a few days and is reportedly housetrained - although you should expect a few accidents with any dog as they get used to your schedule. 	Meet Wilco! Wilco is roughly 3 years old and weighs around 10-12 pounds. He is a front declawed male, and has potential to get along with dogs if introduced properly. Wilco is on the shyer side, but doesn’t mind being picked up or handled at all. In an environment more relaxed than the shelter, he would probably actually be really cuddly! He likes to play with toys, and is deciding how he feels about other cats. He came to the Humane Society after being abandoned, and upon seeing our staff, walked right up to say hello! 	Meet Tracey! Tracey is a shorthaired, black and white male who is probably somewhere around 8 years old. He is a little on the shy side, but doesn’t mind new people giving him attention. We are working on helping Tracey to become the cuddly boy we know he can be. He loves being petted. Tracey came from a home with several other cats, and so would probably do fine in a home with other animals, but he definitely wouldn’t mind being the only one to get all your attention either. Tracey is definitely an ace of a cat, so if you are interested in having him join your family, please call or come meet him!
	Meet Skippy! Skippy is about 45 pounds and only around 10 months old. He has potential with other dogs. Skippy doesn't just love toys, he adores them! He wants to play play play, all day! He does enjoy taking breaks to cuddle and nap though. Skippy is an intelligent boy, who would be quick to learn. He is currently working on his basic obedience and leash walking. Skippy is an active, sweet, wiggly, happy boy who can't WAIT to find his forever family. We think this pup is just "skippy," so if you do too, come meet Skippy today!
	Meet Linus! Linus is a Foxhound about 3 or 4 years old and approximately 65 pounds. He does pretty well with other dogs. Linus came to the HSGA when his owner passed away, and now he is waiting for a family he can call his very own. It would benefit a potential adopter to research or be familiar with hounds, as he displays some typical characteristics of his breed. Linus is a sweet boy and would love to cuddle up with you every night. He is inquisitive, enjoys long walks, and likes playing with his friends (2 or 4 legged). 	Meet Brandy! Brandy is about 8 weeks old and is an adorable domestic short hair torbie kitten. Although young and cute, she needs some work to be socialized with people better. She is very shy around people and does not like to be held or petted at this time. With some work, time and patience she can turn out to be an amazing lady. She gets along wonderfully with other cats and her littermates. If interested in giving this kitty a chance, stop on by soon!
	Meet Holly! Holly was abandoned in her home after her owners were evicted. Now, this friendly 3-5 yr old spayed female is looking for a new family who will never leave her again. She loves people so much. She will wind herself through your legs and seeks out attention. Holly seems to do well with dogs and other cats. She has a great temperament and should be fine with kids. 	Meet Beetle! Beetle is a neutered male around 10 years old. He loves to explore and really loves to talk. He loves attention from people and enjoys being petted. He will lie in your lap, but it may take him a minute to get comfortable. He loves canned food and cat treats. He has not seemed to thrilled with cats and may be best in a home where he is the only pet. Stop on by to visit this wonderful guy.
	Meet Jumper! Jumper was originally adopted from the HSGA around 6-7 months ago. The family had to return him because their home was foreclosed. Jumper is now around a year old and is ready to find his new family. He is a neutered male and has stunning green eyes. He gets along well with cats and does great with kids. He has lots of energy and loves to play. He enjoys being petted and is ok to be held. We know as soon as you meet him he will jump right into your heart!
	Meet Abner! Abner is one of the sweetest kitties you will meet at the shelter. This 3-5 year old kitty loves people and will climb in your lap for a petting. He loves to be petted and will follow you around till you give him some loving. It is unknown how he would be around other pets but this kitty is so laid-back and loving. He also had one of his hind legs amputated but has recovered beautifully. If interested in this wonderful guy, visit the shelter soon! A description doesn't come close to how this kitty is in person!
	Meet Ronnie! Ronnie is a Shepherd mix and is approximately 10-12 months old weighing about 55 pounds. He has pretty good potential with other dogs. Ronnie is shy at first, so will need someone willing to take things a little slower with him. He is a very happy, affectionate boy who loves to play or just hang out. He came in with a pelvic injury and has been on cage rest for the past month here at the HSGA. He still needs a lower activity level for another few weeks, but he is healing up great. Ronny is a big sweetheart who just wants to find a forever family to love.
	Meet Ewok! Ewok is a big sweetie pie. He is around 2-4 years old and is a gorgeous long hair neutered male. He can be a little shy and pretty quiet, but this kitty has tons of love to give. He enjoys being petted and will even roll over to have his belly rubbed. He seems to get along well with other cats and dogs.
