Dave's salute to Sandy victims

& Townshend walks out on tour opener

David Lee Roth has posted a video and dedicated it to those affected by Hurricane Sandy. In typical DLR style - it seems a bit odd, but once you watch it, it's actually kind of cool. "One Piece Thermo-Molded Country Plastic Chair" is the name of the acoustic song (that's the odd part), and the video has Diamond dave and a dog dragging his plastic chair all over New York City. You can check it out here.

The Who kicked off their tour Thursday night in Florida, but it didn't go as smooth as they had hoped. Pete Townshend walked off the stage near the end of their set, and refused to come back. Roger Daltrey told the crowd Pete was having guitar issues. Then they tried to play "baba O'Riley" without him, but quickly abandoned it and ended the show. Sucky! Pete's brother, Simon, who is the band's second guitarist later explained that Pete walked off "because it was too loud." and there were "technical problems." Well, let's hope they get those worked out.
